2, 5 ft Garland Columns in Red and Yellow were made as the supports for the 16 inch balloon Archway for the students to walk under on their way to the stage.
Large balloons filled with Helium will Float longer than 11 inch balloons. This arch was set up for a 9 am and 7:30 pm event.
